Here is Sexy, AKA: Sailor Auriga, Senshi of Time Travel!
This is for Silly Senshi's Idol contest! [link]
"It's time for the Silly Senshi Idols competion again! This year we are having a theme: Time Travel! Contestants will be entering senshi OCs that will fit the theme and storyline provided by the judges. Crossover characters are allowed and encouraged, as are characters based on specific time periods or historical figures."Where she comes from:
If you don't know much about the Doctor Who fandom, Sexy is the human personification of the TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimention In Space), a time machine who's image has been stuck as a 1960's Police Box since first landing upon English soil on Earth. She has a consciousness that is spread across time and space which makes for interesting issues with tenses when, in the episode 'The Doctor's Wife' she is pulled from the box and into a human receptacle. It is then we find out the Doctor, who stole her away, calls her 'Sexy'.What is her element.
As Sexy is truthfully a blue box that happens to also travel through time and space, I have chosen to give her the constellation Auriga, otherwise known as the chariot. I was going to give her something about time but as the only one seemed to be Horologium (clocks) which was a mouthful. So as she is a chariot in her own special way, I feel it is a better fit. This also ties in with her power of Time Travel
. Much like the Weeping Angels, but with much greater control, Sexy can transport someone through time and space. As she is in her base forms, right now it is just small short hops. She can set a villain back a few phases so that she can block an attack, or throw them forward to skip under a block. If she powers up longer she can jump herself and her knight to any time in history, though that is not without it's own dangers.List any teammates, knights, or companions they may have.
Which brings me to her knight, Lord Agate. In his 'normal' guise he is known by many names but most commonly he calls himself the Doctor. I chose Agate as it is one of the oldest stones used for metaphysical healing and has many properties of protection, strength and heightening intelligence. It also looks much like his colour palette over the years. The Doctor is always by her side, a boy and his box, completely inseparable. He has many guises and looks but they know each other beyond just the physical appearance.A description of what is going on in the art:
When Sailor DeLorean finds Sailor Auriga she has just finished her patrol of Gallifrey, her home planet in the constellation Kastabarous. About to transport herself back down to the surface an into her home, the TARDIS, she was surprised to see the other senshi before her, her eyes widening. "Oh goodbye! How very please to meet you!" She was pleasant enough at first. "Oh my, it does seem you have a bit of a... oh what is that word... it's on the tip of my tongue..." The senshi, not to be taken aback chuckled lightly, "Wheels! Or was it something about time? Why yes, I will come along! Allons-y!" She turned slightly and looked down. "Some day they will come but with others along I suppose, at least you know how to open doors!" With that, a nod and a slightly crazed smile, the child of Gallifrey was on the team.Tell us about the villain they fight in their time/universe.
There are many monsters and villains they fight against to help save the universe, some are simple creatures who just need to be show a better way of life while others are insidious, much like the Daleks or the Cybermen. However, their most dangerous villain is the knight, Lord Obsidian who calls himself The Master. He once was connected to Senshi Koschei however she, and her crystal were destroyed on the planet Traken. This made him go insane and he decided that no one deserved to live anymore, going on a rampage of death and destruction. Sailor Auriga and Lord Agate have been thwarting him every step of the way though time is running thin...Explain anything about his/her uniform that you would like, such as what the colors in it represent, or why you chose the design elements you did.
Most of her design is based off Idris/Sexy from the episode 'The Doctor's Wife'. I chose to keep it close to her actual look as it would make for an extra challenge. The gold swirls around her are the visualization of her spirit and the driving force of her powers. They will show when she is about to transport as she is doing so outside of her 'casing' (aka: The TARDIS.) I chose to use official constellations and stones as it would leave other people to use aspects of the Doctor Who universe as well as another way for it to be a bit of a challenge for me *grins*
